We offer 2 different main classes as well as mini workshops.

The Prenatal class is designed to prepare you for the end of pregnancy, labour and birth.

The Newborn care class prepares you for the first 6 weeks with baby.

Our classes are specifically designed for those who will be giving birth in the Ottawa area since we cover what to expect in local birth locations.

We recommend taking the classes between 24 & 36 weeks. You want the information to still be fresh enough to remember but still be comfortable enough to move around in class.

Absolutely! Your registration includes a support person, whether that's a partner, family member, or friend, who will be supporting you during labour and birth.

Yes! Regardless of your birth plan, we will help you feel more informed and ready for the birth you’d like but also prepared to handle any changes in those plans.

Yes, we talk about both breastfeeding and formula feeding. We believe that how you choose to feed your baby is a personal choice and we support you!
